You can also make your own shampoo from birch leaves
- A bottle of water
- 2dl birch leaves
Fill a bottle with water and birch leaves. Seal and shake vigorously. When the water begins to foam, spread it in your hair and wash as usual.

A leaf cap for headache
Rinse your hair with cold water. Fill a cotton hat with birch leaves and wear it. On a hot day this prevents headache. Don't forget to drink water!
Birch leaf tea

- 1,5 dl boiling water
